Hi,

Just followed some links to the ePods from various member's sites - looks pretty cool.  Just the sort of thing that I wanted for my living room.

Has anyone managed to get the ePod working through their home network (wireless or cabled) and connect to their cable provider using windows internet connection sharing?

Is this possible?

Thanks to everyone who replied - seems I will keep looking and not touch this one with a barge pole

Thanks again

If you're thinking of using it for home automation then without a PC card slot it's pretty much useless.  I managed to get a brand new ePods for approx £250.  Keep looking is my advice.

Simon

Subject: [ukha_d] £250 ePods shipped

Hi all

I have just found an ePods for £250 shipped to the UK. There is of course a twist in the tail - the twist being that the PCMCIA bit doesn't work.

Does anyone think this is a good deal ??

Also how easy would it be to fix the PCMCIA bit if it is badly scr*wed??

Thanks

Pedro
