On the NTL subject - I read on the register.co.uk yesterday that NTL are cutting 8200 jobs in a bid to reduce their 12 *billion* pounds debt mountain - this involves signing up no more new customers and potentially increasing the price of their service by the end of next year.

 

Looks like I got my cable internet just in time!! (two weeks ago)
