Depends on the program.
If you
drag Internet Explorer onto a different monitor and maximise it, it will
remember the settings and open on that monitor. Netscape ALWAYS opens on
the
primary monitor. It is very program dependant. If you have a program that
opens
where you last closed it then it should be OK for multiple monitors, but if
it
always opens at the same place then you are probably stuck with dragging it
everytime.
At
least, that was my experience when I tried it with
98SE.

Have just added a Kyro PCI graphics card to my
win ME system & it all works fine - which is nice
Think i must be missing something obvious, but
does anyone know how to run a program on a specific monitor/graphics card
as
opposed to just dragging a window across the desktop?
