have an LP340, and I think is brilliant, best thing is SWMBO paid for it ,when we moved in together, after she saw how good it
was. The last projector I had went bang and it was going to cost 500ukp for
a
new bulb. So we got a new one. I have just put two pics is the
group’s
files area.
As for noise. It not bad. It
soon
blends into the background.

Projectors
I am considering buying a
projector
and asked a colleague to lend me his to try out. As a replacement for
a
TV I would have expected (wanted) a better quality image but I suppose that
is
the shortfall for having suck a large display - this I may be able to live
with. What concerned me was the amount of noise that came from the
projectors fan when operating. Surely this is a noisy one and there
are
projectors out there that are much more silent - can anyone recommend a
silent
one (not silly money) . In other words - I can get this past SWMBO if
it
doesn't make a lot of noise otherwise
"OUT".
