I say Comet but I mean them all...

You cannot ask a question that can be answered yes or no, because the
assistant will simply say whatever sounds best to get the sale!!!

Examples

Qa) Does this camera have the new feature where the pictures
instantly appear on my web site?
Aa) Yes.
Qb) How do I get the pictures out of the camera?
Ab) Out of this hole at the back .

Qa) Does this dry clothes in 2 minutes?
Aa) Yes.
Qb) How long does this take to dry clothes?
Ab) 3.3m or the width of your front door.

Qa) Is this the best model?
Aa) Yes.
Qb) Which is the best model?
Ab) This one. (Now you know that this is worst because they have been
told to shift it)

Using b rather than a may help you realise how much the sales person knows.

Sometimes you are lucky and they do know something, but lets face it
if you knew a bit about all the products would you work there on
Sunday  and late nights etc etc...
