One of the local chinese restaurants used to do
"Chicken Curry Malayan Style"
Loads of large pieces of chicken breast, chunks of
onion, lots of pineapple and hot as hell !
LUVLY.
Sadly the restaurant has now changed hands so that
particular dish is not longer available. My own attempt at cooking it is
getting closer each time I try.

Whilst i am a hot curry fan and eat vindaloo,
ceylon, shrilanka, phaal etc. I do like the house special curry from the
chinese. Anyone got a recipie to replicate ?

I have a splendid curry book called "The Curry Secret" by
Kris Dhillon.
With a little practice I can whip up a curry in just a
few minutes as
long as I have a good stock of curry base in the
freezer.
