I once had a BT van (HA Viva) where the windscreen leaked badly. This
resulted in the drivers footwell filling with water.

I took it into the garage and the "mechanic" solved the flooding
problem by
driling holes in the floor to let the water out.

Another time, after pranging the van, they actually SPRAYED it. Normal
paint
jobs were done with a roller and the finished results usually resembled
Artex. It looked lovely when I got it back.....apart from the overspray on
the seat, windscreen, gearstick etc. I couldnt get the overspray off, it
was
well stuck, but hte first time I washed the van all the paint came off the
wing and front valance because they forgot to degrease it before spraying
!!!

Thankfully the vans are now serviced by main dealers.
