Your paying for the customisation & the web interface. The groupware
may also be thier own design. Anyway its Free for 5 users so doenst apply
to most here.

It's actually very easy to charge for a GPL product [based on one time fee or per user]. All you need to do is have a single piece of proprietory code

And yes source code must be made available for any gpl'ed packages, but obviously not for the proprietory stuff. It is important to note however, that
the code does not need to be released with the install disks, or even made available for download from their site ... it simply has to be *available*.
They can quite happily insist you contact them in writing with a small fee for copying and distributions of up to £10 to £15.
