Sorry for the off-topic post, but there's a few people here who might
know about this...
I'm using Exchange 2000 on my Windows 2000 Server for E-Mail. At
this
moment, I'm using Outlook Web Access to connect to it. I've set
the
server to convert all messages to plain text, rather than HTML as most
lists I'm on *hate* HTML E-Mail with a passion, and some even discard
HTML messages. What I'd like to do is setup Outlook Web Access to
write
mails in plain text, rather than having to convert at a later stage
(and
lose all my formatting). Anyone got an idea how to do this?
Also, I'm having a nightmare with my domain. If you do a DNS query
on
andylaurence.co.uk, it returns 10.0.0.1 and 62.30.67.165. Of course,
I
don't want to advertise my internal LAN architecture to the entire
world
(just this group, eh!). This also has the disadvantage of me trying
to
get my web pages from 10.0.0.1 when on another LAN - not good.
I've
manually removed the entry to resolve andylaurence.co.uk to 10.0.0.1
(which Win2k kindly put in for my LAN), but it keeps on reappearing,
and
still resolves to 10.0.0.1 even when it's not there?! I'm hoping
there
is an answer to this, as it's pretty useless if there isn't (I'll have
to get my head round *nix). Oh, and the machine is also doing NAT
for
my LAN, hence the multiple IPs on the DNS server.
TIA for any help.
Andy (giving away waaay too much info about his LAN)
