Don't forget London City.  Can't remember who flies there, think it's
one of the cheapies.  A pain to get to/from - DLR, possibly bus too.
Gatwick is easy - about a tenner to Victoria I reckon.  Probably about
the same as StanStead.  Luton on the thameslink line, but a bit of a
dive & trains not as frequent as the others methinks......
