...but make sure you have no tight radius bends, use bigger internal
diameter duct than you imagine you'll need, and if the run is more
than a few metres between any two access points, consider using
polypropylene rope instead of string.
I had to dig up a duct in the garden because it had two short-radius
90 degree bends (admmittedly, I was trying to pull 6 cores of 10mm2
mains cable down about 60 metres...)
