I'm in the middle of installing a network of Crown room mics
connected to a Shure mixer and HAL 2000. HAL voice recognition is
good so far but the standard text to speech voice is pretty poor.
I've been playing around with the AT&T Natural Voices product for a
while (which is excellent) and Dan Hoehnen has been lightning quick
in modifying ACETTS to use it (great bit of software).
What I really want is to be able to use the SAPI 5 Natural Voices
product with HAL 2000. Anyone know if HAL is 'hackable' to use other
SAPI engines?
Paul.
