over 802.11b "by way of business".  That means no wireless
ISPs, and no
free wireless Internet in Starbucks.  There's loads of info in the
archives for the Consume mailing list ( http://consume.net), as this
subject crops up once or twice a month.  This announcement shocked
me,
as I wasn't aware the rules were set to change.  It'll mean you
can
charge your neighbours to access your WLAN though ;-)
