Nearest tube's to there look to be either Camden Town or Chalk Farm, both
of
which are on the Northern line, so it should be very easy to get back from
Borough.
Worst that could possibly be required is that you might have to change at
Euston, - depends what branch of the northern line goes which way after the
Euston intersection. (Borough is on the "City" branch)
