hehehehe.... I'd been thinking about getting a PC with SS on it for
ages, and kept almost ordering and then thinking I'm not spending 700
squid on a PC to just record stuff at the moment (I know I *could* have built one cheaper than that...!) ...... and then when Mark was so blown away by the Tivo *AND* it turned out to be =A3350 for the whole package, I =
just couldn't say no :)

I was also a bit worried about the potential problems of running stuff
on a PC..... it is a PC after all.... and the day I orderd the Tivo, I
saw this at Slashdot.....

.... people bitching about major problems with the new ATI AIW Radeon
7500 for Tivo like functions........

I just can not say enough good things about the Tivo :D
