Because the URL to the International version might change at Sun's whim,
and keeping track could be a pig.

The logic is to only include URLs that will remain stable, and rely on the
user to be able to work out where the "download" button is today
;-)

What about including URL where you can get International version of the
JAVA
runtime Mark?
