I did this years ago for my degree and used a double cassette with
continuous play....all formulas and the like... the only trouble was trying
to forget them to learn the next lot.....

It must have worked... I scraped passed them all.

Subliminal learning can be beneficial, but will be no good if it prevents
her from getting to sleep in the first place..
