At least he got an 'apology'.
I emailed them saying I didn't want the order if the new price on the
web
was what they were going to charge & to confirm they would not be
charging
my card etc.

All I got back was
"Your credit card will not be charged for this order"

Not even a hint of an apology for screwing up the pricing etc.
Obviously Chris Bond is their "Special Friend" and that's why
_he_ got an
apology :-)
