I assume you are refering to the Thomson 28WF25UG + STTX322 Silver
In which case the STTX is I'm fairly sure only the stand.

Yes TIVO boxes are manufactured by thomson, however I've not seen any
reference on an integrated TIVO on any of the TIVO discussion forum.
