No. There are many different services, such as the excellent DNS2Go
(www.dns2go.com) that can help you there.

Not sure why you want to do that?

Just assume that ADSL is just like a normal 56k modem link, except a lot
faster. A VPN will happily run over it.

If you are using a VPN to dial into a corporate network then there is no
need to change the domain.
