Plasma installation

A few questions on installing a plasma screen.
If mounting it on a wall, and wanting to hide the wires, would you channel the wall seperately for power and video?
Would you feed the cables straight into the screen or terminate them at outlet plates and then feed them to the screen?
I want to make a professional job of it, so any feedback is welcome.
