Psion Wavefinder

Hi all

Well my Wavefinder arrived yesterday..

I was surprised to find a wall wart in the box though, I thought they
were
powered through the USB port - is this a change in the design? 

I see there are two main freeware packages to use with the Wavefinder,
DABbar and WinDAB, does anyone have any recommendations between these or
are
they fairly much the same?
