The iPAQ has a lovely colour screen, that is not quite how the Pronto
Pro has been described.

I have no need for RF, in my house it quite simply does not work
(very thick stone walls and odd shaped rooms).

I find there are plenty of buttons on the normal Pronto, especially
when mapped in the way described some time ago by Tim (mute = pause
for DVD, CD, Video etc; channel up/down = track prev/next etc). In
fact I find the main left/right buttons are unused in several screens
as control required when watching/listening is usually restricted to
volume and channel/track.

Graham

P.S. I would still like to know if anyone thinks my Pronto can be
restored!
