I would be interest in have a look at your web pages.  I'm just getting
going with HomeVision and wouldn't mind having some examples of customised
web pages to get me kick started.

I think communicating over a LAN then sending out IR signal straight from
HV has merits.
- No worries about IR feedback
- Only have to wire in IR emitters no receivers needed
- No problems with sun producing old IR signals

This is nearly ready as a concept. I use an IPAQ with homevision running a
browser but the browser is infact buttons although just coloured squares
right now. Beauty is it works off the wireless LAN and can control anything
homevision can do. Also its 2 way so any variables HV contains can be
relayed back. So far it works very well but would like to improve screen
layout and buttons but am very interested if anyone has done anything with
the IPAQ version of pronto pro at www.pdawin.com this software is great but
still relies on shitty IR control which I hate!! Try using IR remotes in
sunny locations like conservatories, if anyone can solve this for me then
tell me as it drives me up the bloody wall. HV is managing to crash
everything due to the sudden influx of IR recieving when the sun comes out.

I really want to use my iPaq to control things. I have all my toys in
one large walk in cupboard with a TV in the living room and a
projector in the "cinema room". The things that are stopping me
are:

Ideally I want a browser without any borders etc - so it looks
like a full screen remote - anyone know of a PPC browser that
allows this?

I need either an Ocelot, HV or PC IR control system that can
allow for a flood emitters in the back room and either discreet IR
emitters for the projector, TV and PS2 (DVD control) or 2 more
floods for those rooms. I would look to use 802.11 to send the
command to a PC controller. - Any suggestions or comments
on which is best or easiest.
