Connecting multiple consumer units.

I am sure someone out there can help me with this...

I am currently at the beginning of a new build, see
http://surf.to/primrosecottage . I intend to use X-10 with some RS232 / 485
controlled relays so I am looking at using Din Rail consumer units housing
MCBs and X10 modules.

These Consumer units will be distributed around the house located centrally
in each of the 15 Zones I have allocated within the house and garden. I
intend to supply both the power and lighting circuits from each of these
zoned sub supply boards so there will be a 32 and 5 amp MCB in each.

The question, what size MCB should I use to feed each of these to provide
the proper discrimination and what size of cable from the Main distribution
box to each of the 15 sub boards. Any pointers towards a Main board that can
house 15+ breakers would also be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Nigel
