We have temporarily suspended the online payment system for Foris Ltd.
A problem has occurred with the database and product catalogue.
As a result orders cannot proceed to the checkout area.

So, more than enough evidence there for Foris to claim that the
purchasers knew it was a mistake.

A bit of a foot/gun interface problem there, I think.
