RE: Veronica FM transmitters - anyone had any problems?
When I got mine, I got the ready made PCB not the one in the case
etc....
I plugged a 9v battery in and the audio source and proceeded to tune
the
radios in.
I got around 400yard radius on that battery, clear as crystal.... (Went
round the block in the car)
Have you tried unplugging the audio source? You should just get silence
on
that frequency as it is still transmitting only nothing!!

Subject: [ukha_d] Veronica FM transmitters - anyone had any problems?
While I'm waiting for the Veronica to respond, I thought I'd ask the
collective if they've had any problems...
I got mine ready-built last week, plugged it in expecting an Instant
Solution (tm), but was very disappointed with the results, limited
range,
the source appeared at multiple frequencies on the radio, with a nasty
(maybe mains) hum over it, and I could only tune it on an analogue
radio,
the digital tuners couldn't find a thing (due to the stepping(?) I
guess).
All in all, a most disappointing experience - any ideas/solutions?
TIA
