AOC LM700 17" @DCCS, http://www.dccs.co.uk  £389 (430 @DABS) not sure on postage (Based in Devon I think from memory)
 
OR
 
Free 15" LCD TV by LG again from DCCS, only problem being you need to shell out best part of 4K for the 42" plasma in order to qualify.
 
Haven't actually bought anything from these guys they were recommended by a mate who knows the owner, and before anyone asks no I can't get discount :-(.

I'm using the cheapest 15" TFT I could find at the time, a Dabs Value
one, branded AOC though. I only got it for my Server but it was so
damned good I promoted it to my main machine albeit I lost a bit of
screen real estate. Absolutely fabulous.
