My outgoing log proved very useful when I had a problem with my Sony
TV.
After many calls to their national rate help line I was getting a tad
annoyed as I was not getting anywhere. When, after 4 months (YES 4 MONTHS)
I
started muttering about Watchdog and quoting the number, date, time and
duration of calls the problem was miraculously resolved in a couple of
weeks. Earnt its keep that time.
