You'd have another switch to worry about that's all, switch off light
AND
switch off PIR.
Might just as well leave the PIR active with the time set to hours. That
way
SWMBO only has one switch for the light as per normal.
If she wants to switch the light on to use the "facilities" or to
read then
the light will stay on.

that's what I was thinking, though didn't see the need to have the PIR
active again that night once SWMBO has turned light off the first
time......
