Certainly homeseer can do it, using a script with my plugin (there
are also a couple of other plug-ins available, not sure of their
capabilities tho.)

Not with the model of Meteor I have. There is a more advanced model,
which also records outgoing calls, but I suspect that this also does
not do CW, although I am not absolutely certain.
