It does everything you need (including logging outgoing calls to the HS log
and
to a standard log file).  Again, not sure about Internet Call waiting,
but I
imagine this is down to Meteor rather than the plug in.

The withheld/international is sent as a flag by BT as part of the Caller
ID
info.  Combined with the SAPI5 AT&T natural voices, it makes for a
rather clever
answerphone (i.e. you can have separate messages for each caller in the
phonebook, and for withheld, international number etc.
