Do you know this for a FACT, do you know that it's a MINORITY? I'd be 
interested to know how... I think this is why Mark wants the vote, so 
that he can find out if it is the minority ..

as it would be wrong to assume whoever complained was in the 
minority... we don't know the numbers... so let's just wait and see...
