When you run the cables under the floor or through the loft they do not
need
to be fixed or tie wrapped, defiantly do not use a staple gun. Run them
in
neat bundles well away from mains or use plastic guttering to keep them
tidy, Mark M has some pictures of this. When you run up or down the
walls
put in plastic conduit if you want to be able to add or change cables at
a
later date, if not use plastic capping to protect the cables from the
plaster as it can damage the outer sheath.
