The machine is very old (5 years) and will only support a max of 128 Meg anyway!!!!

96 MB of RAM is NOT enough. You'll have to restart your server at least
twice at week.

Considering 512MB of RAM is now around =A350, I think you'd be mad not to spend the extra money for peace, stability and speed.
