well, maybe mark but the delivery was by business post. they should be
able to fulfil their delivery promise (to me and to tlc)

and my main gripe was the fact that when i complained about the late
delivery and the missing items (which was actually more of a problem as
i am doing a particular job) i got the "so what?" type response. not
what i would call professional. i don't see how that would have been
different based upon a local delivery.

still, i've noticed from the responses here today that this does appear
to be an unusual experience and i may decide to give them another chance
in the future, but i'll need to calm down a lot first. they have really
pissed me off today.
