Robert,

Where did you run the STP cable to ?
..or did you just leave it in the ceiling void with the
intention of chasing out down to a control box if needed ?

BTW, what speakers did you use ?

Marcus,

I ran a line of STP (shielded cat5) alongside every speaker pair for
this very purpose.
I hadn't originally thought of it - and it was my hi-fi shop that
recommended it.

(not that I've actually got around to connecting the cat5 to anything
yet, mind you !!)
