The one I use is www.xcalibre.co.uk - possibly not the very cheapest, but I
found their technical ability second to none, and their help for me as a
novice was superb (I am not affiliated with them in any way)

I have used them for my dads website, and my defunct personal site. Some of
the cheaper offerings I looked at host their sites in the states, you really
want one with servers this side of the pond.
