I haven't got a Resolve items link? I have seen this option before on another file but not this time.

I have just gone into the Options/Rules page and selected the iPaq as the main device and that has cured the error.

Still would have liked to know what the problem was.

Brian,

Click the resolve items link in the active sync window on the PC, it
will think about it for a couple of seconds and open up a dlg asking
which copy you want to keep
