Thanks for the post Ken, I've been after one of these for a few weeks
now. Seems the recall for the firmware update has slowed supply to a
crawl.

I was in Creative Computing (www.creativecomputing.net) today and
noticed that they had two of these drives in stock, I didn't check the
price or anything but they at least had them!

I also found out that the "fault" that was being mooted about was
in
fact the firmware upgrade, there has been a very low failure rate on
these drives.
