Very true, but they are now looking at real world transmission tests
(using restricted bandwidth) rather than just studio tests. You can
guarantee when and if a PAL (well European as it won't strictly be PAL)
standard is ratified then the team at Kingswood Warren will have had a
major input in the definition.
