ADSL has no SLA so the list could be down for hours and there is no way
you could force your ADSL provider to get the line back up and running.
Depending on the bandwith used by the list, I have access to a server in
the states with which we could do whatever we like, mainly because I run
the server :-)
The other suggestion is to get a dedicated server. Take a peek at
www.communitech.net ... excellent pricing and excellent service.
