again, it works with only one delivery a day...

and someone can nick your padlock...

All you need is a secure
metal
box with a decent padlock on it. Leave the padlock attached but
not
locked. The delivery man pops it in the box and clicks the
padlock
closed, which you open with the key when you get home..
Read
that
as a metaphor for PGP encryption once and though it was a great
idea..
