Kenneth,

Is that vertical blinds that you operate with a pull string ?? If so, I
know
what you're talking about.
But for venetian blinds with the "twisty-rod-thing"
(ahem...technical
term) - then I've been unable to come up any other solutions.

And this one is proving somewhat difficult to get SWMBO approval on due to
aesthetics....

Grrrrrrrr.......I'm open to bright ideas (on better solutions that is, not
on dealing with SWMBO !!)
