Actually look at the router it is even simpler.


Make your ip filter changes.
Drop into command mode in the telnet interface (Exit User Menu).
Type flashfs	- takes you into the filesystem
Type update		- This will commit the changes to the flashfs.
Type ls		- list file (check the size of ip_filter should be > 0).
