Does anyone run norton AV 2002 with homeseer? I'm having a problem and can't find any info in norton AV help or at their website.
Every time homeseer attempts to send an email, norton blocks it and pops up a box asking if I want to allow this program to send email...It doesn't give me the option of always allowing this program to send email :-( All homeseers web actions then halt till i get home to hit the OK :-(

anyone help???

thanks
Neil
