for the extra =A323 go for UCM01/A - it has audio features that you may
want to make use of in the future. I did not go for all the ACE/CWI
stuff as I have been using homeseer for 2 years now and am quite happy
with it as a controller and as a web interface, Although I now use Win2K
Server and COM. I too am waiting on the HS interface with Comfort. I had
a play about with the protocol when I first got the UCM - a simple VB
app to monitor the serial port and decode the Comfort messages, but
since Patrick is already underway with his version I thought it best not
to reinvent the wheel :-)
