Nah, this is VB script - meant for execution by the Windows scripting host.
This particular script is specific to Homeseer (www.keware.com), but only
because of the "hs.xxx" commands. - If you remove any and all
commands which
begin with "hs." then this should work quite happily without
Homeseer on any
PC with WSH installed (just about any version of windows from 98
onwards...)
- just save everything between the <CLIP> markers into a plain text
file
with a .vbs extension, and then run it from the command line with the
command "wscript <scriptname>.vbs

You'll need to modify it to produce some useful output though, 'cos as it
stands it uses Homeseer to speak the appointments. If you don't have
Homeseer installed, and remove all the "hs." commands as
mentioned above,
then there will be no output from the script... (pretty dull!). If you want
to see it working, you could just add a "msgbox" command in place
of the
"hs.speak" commands....

Plus, I should mention that as I wrote it for use with Homeseer, I've never
actually tested under WSH....

HTH.
