I ended up chopping one of the wires to the LDR. I found that the odd time, homeseer didn't turn the lights on. I put it down to an X10 collision or something. After disabling the dawn/dusk LDR it works everytime.

You can also use the input to get X10 feedback to homeseer from a door contact or another cheap PIR or something...much more useful than a dusk/dawn sensor that keeps going on and off all day!
