How about this for an idea??  The units come complete with an  operating system, right?  Use a direct cable connection to transfer the ghost.exe file and PCMCIA drivers.  Intsall the PCMCIA card.  Backup the autoexec.bat file and change it to run ghost and connect to the ghost server.  Job done??
 
Not sure if this would work, just thinking out loud.

Read all that and basically it says about an external floppy drive and
cdrom.  Just wondering where u can get an external floppy drive thats
gonna work with it!!
